Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Scroll Sites (“the Service”), operated by Brickell Digital (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or downloading anything, you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

Scroll Sites is a marketplace of scroll-driven website templates. For each site we provide a live preview, prompts that describe how to build it, and a downloadable source project. Live previews are embedded from separate hosts and may change or go offline without notice.

2. Accounts

You need an account to copy prompts or download source. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person per account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, including automated scraping, bulk downloading, or sharing credentials.

3. Licence to what you download

When you download a source project or copy a prompt, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, modify, and build on it for your own or your clients’ websites, including commercial ones.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the source projects or prompts as templates, kits, or components, whether on their own or bundled, and whether free or paid. Building a website for a client is fine; selling the template itself is not.

Assets bundled inside a project (images, video, fonts, 3D models) are licensed for use within the resulting website only. Some sites use generated or stock media; check the project’s README for any third-party notices.

4. Paid plans

Some sites are marked as requiring a plan. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in the currency displayed. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. Our refund policy explains what happens if you change your mind.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t attempt to bypass access controls, probe or overload the Service, reverse-engineer the paywall, or use the Service to build anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others. Rate limits apply to all accounts.

6. Ownership

The Service, its catalogue, prompts, and source projects are owned by us or our licensors. Apart from the licence in section 3, nothing here transfers ownership to you.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service and everything downloaded from it are provided “as is”. We don’t promise that any project will work in your environment, stay compatible with future framework versions, or be free of defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Licences for anything you already downloaded survive termination unless the termination was for breach of section 3 or 5.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
