Refund Policy

Everything on Scroll Sites is a digital download, so refunds work a little differently from physical goods. Here is exactly how.

Subscriptions

Cancel at any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for and are not charged again. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not downloaded any source project during that time, email us and we will refund that payment in full.

One-off purchases

Because a download can’t be returned, one-off purchases are refundable within 14 days only if the project is materially broken — it does not build or run as described in its README on a supported setup — and we can’t fix it for you. “I changed my mind” or “it wasn’t what I expected” after downloading is not a refund reason; the live preview exists so you can decide before you buy.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Always refunded in full. Tell us and we’ll sort it within two business days.

How to ask

Email hello@brickelldigital.com from the address on your account with the site name and, for broken projects, what you ran and what happened. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
