Letter swap

On hover, each letter slides out of its line and a copy slides in from the other side, staggered letter by letter so the word ripples. The forward variant runs once per hover; the ping-pong variant plays out on hover-in and back on hover-out.

Good for nav links, buttons, footer links, any short label that should feel alive under the cursor.
